The seller wrote me...Sorry for the scanner you bought，the scanner you bought has no storage function, so when you connect to the computer, there is no data，Just play the role of scanning code data,pls know with thanks.I works just fine to scan a 15 character chip, but didn't perform as advertised. I returned it.
