This fish tunnel is a really nice cat toy. It feels sturdy and well made. The fish printed fabric on the outside is thick and feels a bit like flannel (it has a brushed finish). The internal tunnel fabric which is attached to the wire that pops the tunnel open is like tent fabric. The two layers together feel substantial and as if they will last a good while. I don't know how it would hold up to numerous cats or crazy-kitties someone else may have, but I am not concerned that it will ever be damaged by our cat.There is no off-putting smell. It pops open super easily, but comes packed in a little round bag with an elastic cord. You can easily compress and store the tunnel in the bag when it is time to put it away.I was concerned that the hole would be a tight fit, but it is more spacious than I envisioned. There is plenty of room for a full grown cat to run through this tunnel.I was able to entice my cat to pounce at and bat at the tunnel a bit so far, but I have not seen her go through it yet. I set it out in the room about 22 hours ago. When I opened the bag the tunnel popped out like one of those gag snake-in-a-can toys. It startled the kitty. After that I picked the tunnel up and looked through it at her...I frightened her and she has been wary of going inside of it ever sense. lol I know she will play with it once she gets over her post traumatic emotions.Any cat who likes tunnels (like most all cats) will like this and it truly is well made. It is made of quality materials all around!

This is a standard play tunnel for cats or small pets. It is well made and the design is really pretty. Price is decent, definitely recommend!

We have a couple of kittens, they instantly went for this tunnel and don't seem to tire of it. The tunnel collapses to fit in a case. The case is janky and not really needed because I don't see us putting this away. I threw the case out.

I purchased this cat tunnel since my cat seems bored. This cat tunnel was a big hit with the cat. He does his "zoomies" through the tunnel and is now exercising more. He is an adult and weighs 15 pounds - he easily fits into this tunnel. Sometimes he even likes to nap in it. Cat approved.

If my cat could write this review, it would just be "MUST HAVE! 100/10! WOULD ZOOM AGAIN!" This Cat Tunnel with Fish Design is an absolute hit in my house!First of all, it looks like a giant fish, which is just adorably hilarious—it’s like my cat is being swallowed by fun every time he dives in. The crinkly material adds that extra bit of excitement, and I swear my cat thinks it’s his personal playground. One minute he's zooming through, the next he's hiding inside like a stealthy ninja, ready to pounce.It's lightweight, easy to fold up when needed (not that my cat will ever let me put it away), and keeps him entertained for hours. If you have a playful kitty, this tunnel is a must-have!

I got this as a gift for a friend who just adopted two adult cats. Not sure why but one likes this tunnel, and one will have nothing to do with it. It's a good length and makes a crinkle sound; probably a bit of catnip spread inside would attract a wary cat. I think it's still a good thing.
