We bought this for our fur babies ashes. The box is beautiful and high quality. The little statue is not attached. I liked this and I spray painted it with metal-gold spray paint. Once dry I glued to top of the urn. It is perfect. I love the poem, the picture, the statue... perfect. I don't love that I had to buy this, but looking at something so beautiful is a comfort in a difficult time. It came very quickly and we were able to give to vet and they placed ashes for us. Thank you for this... it helped.

My Lil fur baby passed on Dec 24th 2024. As she was 19 years old, she had made my life so amazing with her. She was a true best friend. This box was perfect for her. This made her a perfect lil resting place for her ashes. Thank you the quality of the box is superb and I know she'd love this.

Very disheartening as this was a replacement product. I read the [bad] reviews before ordering, however, was hopeful there was so empathy to inspect the replacement before replacing. Its for a deeply loved deceased family member. Hence, an item you choose to sell. Yet, the quality of this product is awful! I hope your team sits down and rethinks your business values bc this product and dissapointed process makes our grieving and stress worst. Unless that's the business model your are shooting for.1. The hole in the box where the picture goes still had hard, ripped paper and glue left all around the cut out. [On both items I received]2. The picture cover is plastic that is all scratched up, blurred, and dirty making picture quality AWFUL and not clear. [On both items I received]3. The wording is messed up "you think" is jumbled into one word AND both words are in 2 different fonts. [On both items I received]4. Knicks on random corners where black is gone and shows yellow so it stands out. [On both items I received]5. Like everyone else mentioned, a busted corner.[On both items I received]
