Work well enough with the remote but they would not work when the dogs barked, only when I used the remote. Of course the return window is closed and Im stuck!

I bought these collars to replace one that my dog chewed up. I’m so glad they sell these so I don’t have to buy a whole new bark collar. These are easy to use. Waterproof. Durable. For many size dogs because they are adjustable. I love the variety of colors. These are Sturdy thick bands. Would purchase these again if needed.

Bought it for our 3 dogs and the #3 transmitter worked for a day then stopped working and now won't even charge when plugged in.

I purchased these collars in summer 2024. I have very active dogs and we live in the country where they run through a lot of bush. Consequently, 2 pins and their rubber covers were lost. I contacted PetJoy to enquire about replacing them and with a simple question, they are sending me 2 sets of accessories. Great customer service and a joy to deal with.

These collars started out great. The design, including the auto ‘no bark’ mode was exactly what I was looking for. HOWEVER, 2 of the 3 units have stopped working after only 2.5 months of use. The collars were used as directed & I have tried to trouble shoot to no avail.I have left feedback for the seller but have not been responded to.I cannot recommend these collars.

Comes in pieces with no instructions on how to assemble it. My dog was able to get it off in seconds, and I tried every possible way to put it together. Feels like it is cheaply made, with no quality control or care in its construction. I will be returning it.
