This is, by far, the best cat water fountain I’ve ever owned, and I’ve owned at least 6 different fountains over the past 10 years. It is extremely easy to set up, easy to fill, and easy to add water. It’s also very quiet and was the first water fountain that did not scare my black scaredy cat who’s afraid of her own shadow.It’s also ridiculously easy to clean! It took me less than 5 minutes to disassemble and clean the well, pump, and stainless steel water tray. I was done before the new water filter was done soaking in water (the manufacturer recommends soaking the filter in water for 5 minutes, followed by rinsing for 30 seconds). The manufacturer recommends completely cleaning the entire fountain and pump every two weeks. This will be an easy schedule to stick to because of the ease of cleaning the entire unit. In the past, I dreaded cleaning our water fountains because they weren’t easy to clean. This fountain was designed to have no 90° walls or corners that are hard to clean and get any and all gunk out of. The pump comes apart completely and easily for easy and convenient cleaning. Everything goes back together quickly and is ready for the new filter in a snap.The manufacturer claims that you should only have to fill the fountain once every two weeks, but we have three very thirsty cats, so I refill it every couple of days. It would probably last the two weeks if it was used by only one cat. The base has a battery strength indicator, which is helpful if you keep the fountain in a spot that doesn’t have access to an electrical outlet. Otherwise, it simply indicates that the power is on and the battery is fully charged. There is also an indicator that lights up if the fountain needs more water added.If you’re on the fence on whether or not to buy this pump, know that it’s truly worth every penny. The ease of cleaning the entire fountain is enough for me to buy this one again and again (we all know that fountains don’t last forever)… but this one may just be the one that does last forever.

The fountain is quiet, easy to set up, and the best part—my cats absolutely love it! The capacity is perfect for my two cats, and I don't have to refill it constantly. The water flow is gentle but consistent, and I’ve noticed that my cats drink more water now, which is a huge plus for their health. it’s super easy to clean. I love that it has different flow settings, so I can choose the one that suits my cats best. Overall, I highly recommend this water fountain to anyone with pets—it’s durable, functional, and my cats are thrilled with it!

This water fountain has to be the absolute best one on the market! We have tried so many as rescue owners. It's really easy to assemble, the size is perfect for cats, it's quiet, it is of quality construction, and it's fairly easy to clean! Highly recommend the stainless steel top version as SS is better and healthier for cats. Too many cats are prone to allergies caused by plastic, by the way! Our resident and foster cats love these fountains and their water intake has increased greatly since we started using them!The only thing I wish were different is the option to purchase additional battery bases. When using them as cordless, you will need to charge the base and that leaves the fountain without an electricity. Having an additional fountain base on hand is very helpful.

This wireless Petlibro cat fountain has a lot of pros, and a couple cons.Pros: •It truly is wireless • So far battery life seems great • It's extremely quiet (unlike others I've tried) • Easy/straightforward assembly • Sensor seems to work well so it doesn't constantly run • Good water flow • Easy to clean since you can remove the tank from the base which holds the battery.Cons: • Although the top section is stainless steel, the tank itself is plastic and it concerns me that microplastics may be going into his water • There is no indicator for a low battery, only a red light that appears when it's completely drained • I've had it for 8 days, and my cat has drank from it 1 time (that we've seen). I don't know if it's because he simply prefers to "sink drink" from our bathroom faucet, or if it's because the water doesn't taste good to him.I can't comment yet on mold growth, as I haven't had it long enough yet. I am keeping an eye on it and planning to change the filter every 2 weeks as stated in the manual. I will update my review if I notice mold or anything else concerning.

Great and needed piece obviously but too expensiveThey are taking the p**** with their prices as you need to use a lot of filters so very costly

Hi, I wasn't aware I could have this refunded after use. My cats constantly tip it over, yet the round one I had never got tipped over. I only wanted this one because it can be used with no electric cord. So I bought a big pot $60 to make sure they can't tip it over, forgetting it needs to have the sensors visible to work. So now it's plugged back in and a total waste of the cost of the fountain and pots and plants.Please contact me if this can be refunded as it is useless to me.

These filters are as expected.I prefer to buy OEM filters because my kitty deserves the intended quality. I’ve never tried aftermarket filters for this fountain though.

Tengo 4 fuentes de diferentes marcas que usan los mismos filtros, tres afuera de la casa y una adentro, todas funcionan muy bien y sin problemas, pero tengo que tenerlas conectadas a la pared. Siempre tengo que buscar dónde poder conectarlas o buscar extensiones y eso siempre un problema con los cables.La ventaja de esta fuente es que una vez que cargas las baterÃas, la colocas donde gustes sin necesidad de tenerla conectada. Y las baterÃas se recargan rápido y duran más de un mes sin necesidad de recarga.Mis gatos ya están acostumbrados a estas fuentes, solo vieron que la puse, fueron a verla, funcionó el sensor de movimiento, salió el agua y bebieron inmediatamente. Nada de "periodo de adaptación."Ésta la compré para usarla en el interior de la casa.Es elegante, combina con cualquier tipo de decoración, cabe en cualquier parte, no hace nada de ruido y es muy fácil de armar e instalar.Muy buena compra.Si hay que ponerle un "pero" serÃa el precio pero el ser inalámbrica lo vale.Poder ponerla donde sea sin buscar un enchufe tiene muchas ventajas.Y quizá otra "desventaja" sea el precio de los filtros que son un poco más caros que los demás pero tampoco es mucha la diferencia.Muy recomendable.
