This is perfect size for my two cats. It works well though sometimes the food doesn't fall all the way out once they have ate what's in the bowl but my girls have already figured out to take their paw and loosen the food so it starts coming out. So I give this 5 stars. It's pretty easy to refill and also to clean. Worth what I paid for it! Also if you get it and food sticks a little when trying to come down, just give the top a little shake and the food comes down.

This cat feeder is made with quality products. It is easy to fill and we were very pleased with it. However, we left for a four night trip and when we returned, the food had gotten trapped inside the clear container and failed to drop down into the food dish. I didn't get a picture of that, but the picture here shows how it could be happening again after just one night. Maybe that happened because humidity caused the food to get sticky or maybe the container itself needs a larger opening. Either way, we'll be hesitant to trust this feeder to work when there is no one to check on it daily.

The best auto feeder I have got . You dont have to worry about kibble jamming wheel to distribute the food. You can add some small treats in it also . As a treat for your buddy . There is capacity that will be o k with most dogs for several days . Less worry easy to set up .Good item good reliable operation . You can record a message for your dog that perks up their ears your pup will look for you . Many dogs do better with this type of feeder and they can have run of house use doggie door be comfortable in own home until mom and dad come home for their big wiggle but. It can be better then boarding them with all barking fence fighting .

Holds a lot of food but the food doesn’t fall like it should. I have to kick it to get the food to fall into bowl. I have 2 large dogs so the feed bowl part is empty every time I walk by.

I have 2 cats and they can be picky eaters, but they love this as the bowls I had previously would constantly get ran into when my kitties would get the zoomies and run around the house and with my tile floors they would knock them over scattering the food all over, with these it's less likely to happen with a lid that is very secure that requires a bit of effort to remove so they would not pop off easily.Overall: Large capacity, easy to fill, my cats love them (I got 2 of these), and they work as they should.

This works very well. We have 5 cats, so filling up a regular bowl is a bit tedious. This 6 lb feeder makes it much easier. The lid just lightly snaps into place on the top, though the cats haven't messed with it yet. Everything else is as you'd expect. The plastic is strong so we have no fears of it cracking or breaking. Likewise, the junction where the clear part sits on the base has a snug friction fit. We put it in place once and have never had it come loose.. we simply take off the top lid to refill.The food doesn't jam when sliding down. Three of our four cats will just eat from the front edge of the bowl. If that runs low up front then they'll just start grabbing food from close to the jug.. However, one of the cats is smart enough to reach out with her paw and tap the food near the jug.. this causes it the food to slide down and fill up the front of the dish again. Such a smart kitty. Though, one of them just skips all that and always eats from the rear of the basin :)Edit: We've had this feeder for roughly 2 years now and it has held up great. The plastic is all still flexible and has yet to become brittle. The cap works just like it did when it was new. We clean it every 6 months or so just to clean up the oil left behind by the cat food. If you look at it after a cleaning then you'd think it were still new. We'd still recommend this to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to buy this model again if we somehow broke the one we have now. We typically only have to refill it once ever couple weeks with four cats.. and we usually only fill it up half way.

This feeder looks like it would do the trick but don’t be fooled. I’ve had 2 in use for more than a year and the central issue is that it doesn’t work. Once the food in the pan is finished .. the food in the reservoir doesn’t feed into it or keep it full … it clogs up .. I’ve tried everything to coax it down like raising the back to increase the gravitational pull, etc but picking it up and shaking it or sticking something into the jam to loosen the kibble is all that works.. my cats toss it over and fish the bits out.it’s non-functional… probably better as a water feeder.

This product is sturdy. Thought it might be too big for our two cats, but the bigger size allows the food to fall through a lot easier. Food gets stuck in smaller ones and doesn't drop down.

This has made keping our cat fed much easier, I dump in a whole bag of dried food once a week and it works great. I do need to give it the occasional jiggle to keep the dry food flowing but beats the heck out of topping up a bowl daily.
