Bought the sprayer on 6/1/24. Used it once & had great results. Sprayer seemed well built & was light weight with good pumping action. Good value for the money.On 7/23/24, I again filled the now empty sprayer and it sprung a leak. A small pin like hole on the bottom of the canister along the seem was noticed.Called Petratools customer service immediately and spoke with Micki. She was pleasant, professional, and apologized for the faulty product. After sending her a video of the leaking sprayer, she called back within minutes and promised a new sprayer would be sent to my house.Great customer service representative (MICKI)!! Nice to see a company stand behind their products. Gotta love American made.

This small sprayer works great for me. I am small with shoulder issues and it is so much easier to use this sprayer than anything bigger or buying the small retail products for spraying my many garden plants. This also allows me to buy treatments (bugs, fertilizer, etc) in bulk liquid and save money. I had a small issue with a nozzel and the Petra customer service resolved it quickly and very pleasantly.

Large sturdy handle. It's built with high quality plastic. And works nicely comes with 2 nozzles. They also have great customer service. I broke a nozzle and (Anne) sent me a replacement

My original order arrived with a defective hose, however, with just one online chat, a replacement was initiated with the help of Christina who was amazingly efficient. She stayed with me through the entire process of uploading a photo and confirming receipt. From my initial assessment of the sprayer, it looks solidly built and is lightweight. I will certainly update this review with more once I receive the replacement and give it a try!

This sprayer worked as advertised. It held good pressure and the spray nozzle worked great to spray fruit trees.
