I absolutely love this door. Its very good to keep cold wind out. Very energy efficient. Unfortunately my little pup doe NOT like this door because of the double flaps. She was fine with a single flap door, but this one is double scary for her and a bit hard for her to open. She will use it, but it takes a LOT and LOT of encouragement and she does not want to use it on her own. I think it would be great for large or even medium sized dogs. But small dogs may be intimidated. I bought medium size to make sure she had plenty of room. She weighs about 15 pounds. Maybe the small would have been better. I will just keep working with her and hope she adapts. It's been a couple of months since we installed.

This pet door really helps keep the cold weather out on a windy day. My two dogs a rottweiler and a cairn terrier both love having the freedom to go in or out.I like the feature that I can put in the door slides keeping them in the house or outside.

Definitely not enough to go around the entire door. The second time I tried to squeeze the silicone tube, the bottom split open and all the content came out all over me. Be sure to cut a bigger hole at the top
