Great product. I like the bright colors in case my dog ever got away. It can be a little challenging to adjust the belly strap the first time, but it has snaps for easy on off after that. But the best part is the HANDLE!! I have trained my small dog not to jump out of the car to avoid her running off. Instead, I use this HANDLE to easily pick her up and place her on the ground. I have bought dozens of halters, and none compare to this! I hope they never discontinue these. I bought one and added a little bling to it! Just like any halter, check that it doesn't rub under the tummy, arms or back. If it does, try gluing in some softer material or lambs wool. This thing will last for a long time.

I purchased this harness because my dog has problems with her neck. I was hoping to remove pressure caused by the pulling on her collar. I looked for a harness that was light in weight and fit. She is a springer/border collie mix and has a big chest but is not a very large dog. I was able to adjust the harness to fit her perfectly around her girth without rubbing. It is a very easy harness to put on, and is not tight going over her head. I can take it off very easy too. It positions nicely across her chest. I purchased this for medical reasons so I may have different needs than others. I would prefer not to have the padded handle on the top because of the extra weight; for others it would come in handy to access to the dog quickly if need be. The material makes the harness keep it's shape. The metal ring, where the leash is attached, stays in the center. A plus would be a sliding ring for leash attachment so there is no pulling of the harness to the side. The harness stays in the center; the ring would slide from side to side. It's a great harness and I would purchase again.

I only gave 4 stars due to sizing issues as I followed the guidelines and still had to return for a larger size. The product itself is wonderful. Very durable and a great fit on an active dog. (Once we got the sizing situated.) He responds very well to leash directions from any angle with this on despite the harness ring mid back. Falco is a 60 pound GSD who measured 29 inches around the girth. According to the manufacturer, this put him directly in the middle of a medium girth measurement. (Medium is for 26 to 32 inches.) Now, he is 60 pounds, but sizing directions note weights are approximate and that if "your dog is between two sizes, choose the smaller."As you can see from the picture, Falco was very unhappy with the fit of the medium. The neck band, while flexible, did not allow me to apply the harness with a collar on him. The handle was directly over his shoulder blades and impeded movement. The understraps were much to close behind his legs and would definitely have rubbed as you can see the other picture.The large is a much better fit. I can apply and remove it over his collar with the neck till lying flat and snug without being tight at all. The handle falls just below his shoulder blades thereby not impeding his natural movement. Once adjusted, the girth strap lies a couple of inches behind his front legs and stays securely in place even with him running and jumping all over the property as the picture shows. As other reviews have stated, the easiest way to remove is to pull it over the head "inside out."When I measured the harness, the medium and the large both measured approximately 10 1/2 inches from the back of the neck to the end of the harness beneath the ring. The big difference was measuring the girth portion which gained about 2 1/2 inches in length on the large versus the medium harness.This is a great harness, but be prepared to attempt more than one size. Considering all the different shapes and sizes of our fur buddies and babies, I would think it would behoove the manufacturer to develop further sizing charts also incorporating the neck size and length of the animal.I honestly did not go through the manufacturer for the return, but simply went through Amazon, therefore; I can not review customer service. I was disappointed this company did not carry a size large in the blue as I wanted, but purchased it through Amazon from another site.

I really liked the concept of the halter and handle. The handle is sewn on from the front to back, good support design. I am not certain how I read the description and determined it would work for my miniature dash hound. But, I did do or read something wrong. As soon as I opened the package I could tell it was not going to be long enough. After holding it beside my dog I could see it would end at mid-back, not good for dash hounds as they can have spine problems. Construction is well above average. Materials are high-end. I would definitely recommend this harness for breeds that do not have the possibility of spine problems. I was disappointed that I had to return to get another style. Don't let my mistake make you pass this up, it is a great harness system! The overall construction makes me wish I could rate sturdiness and durability. I will give it 5 stars for comfort. Because of the construction materials and the design easily seen on visible inspection and felt when examining. The interior that would be in contact with your dog's body was very soft to the touch.

I really liked the design except for the elastic that goes over the head. I have a Corgi with a big head. Extra Small size fit for the girth but could not get it over his head. The elastic was not very stretchy. A better design would be to have clips so you don't have to go over the head. I went a size up (Size Small) and it fit great over the head. I was able to adjust the girth straps. A little loose but works great. It got my puppy to stop biting the leash. I love how the hook for the leash is really far back.

Have used this harness for years for all of my dogs. Great handle on the back for when you need to grab them quickly. Easy to apply. Sturdy harness.

The PetSafe EasySport Harness is simpler, lighter and less intrusive than other harnesses I've used. It is better for use in warm weather and it does not catch behind the dog's front leg "armpits" which concerned me with other harnesses.Also, the strong handle on the top of the harness is helpful.

Für unseren Kurzhaarcollie hatten wir lange nach einem passenden Geschirr gesucht. Dieses passt perfekt. Nichts drückt oder scheuert. Unser Hund zieht es - im Gegensatz zu anderen Geschirren - gerne an. Einziger Kritikpunkt der Versand dauert (kommt aus USA).
