Don’t know what I would do without this electronic collar. My dog has a tendency to chase and wander, even if I’m outside with her. Don’t know what I would do without it. I love my dog!

I did not open this until after the return time because it was for a puppy and she was too little to use it but I wanted to have it for when I did need it. I opened it and it does not work, I contacted the seller and they will not help told me I have to reach out to the manufacture to help.

I JUST opened this collar, and I am very disappointed that after one reasonable turn to shut the button cover, I can no longer open that cover to adjust the static level. I opened it, set it and closed it. Now, the clear cover “track†that I use the test light edge to open, has become so malleable it is bending and breaking. I cannot adjust the static any longer, as I cannot open the cover, and it is very sad as this collar was very expensive. I like this collar very much, other than that. I’ve tried to use a pair of pliers to open it, but it cannot grasp it.
