I was Leary of the quality, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this coat is. My granddaughter loves it. She is a small 7 year old and the 6 fit her perfectly. As expected it is a little short ,but the plaid hem of her dress peaked out and it looked great.

My younger granddaughter is a very girly girl. She loves wearing dresses! She loves ribbons in her hair. She loves playing with her dolls, playing Princess, or having tea parties. Two years ago my daughter splurged and bought her this special red and white Christmas coat. She was ecstatic! She is sandwiched in between five brothers, and I'm sure she feels overshadowed by them as they are loud, rowdy and demanding, while she is quiet and a bit shy. But she loved her red coat and wore it for two years straight! About a month ago she came to me in tears just before it was time to go to church. She had on her white church dress with the big red bow and was trying to button her favorite red coat. "Grandma," she sobbed. "It's too small!"I just smiled. I tried to soothe her while drying her eyes and getting her out the door before we were late. I wasn't sure if the coat was still available. But later that day I went online, and was I glad to find it still for sale! The old coat is a six. I bought this one in a ten. She is nine years old, and this one should last her another two years!We don't have any more little girls to share her old coat with, but it is still in excellent condition. She did only wear it for church and fancy occasions - she never played in the snow with it. I plan to wash it up and see if I can sell it locally. I'll donate it, if I can't sell it. But either way, we got our money's worth! I love the company that made such a darling girly coat for my granddaughter! Thank you so much!

When I say this coat was all that and then some! Warm ( she was getting hot lol) .. cute , stylish ..Turned heads everywhere we went ! We were at a Christmas party at an upscale hotel and they was not ready ! Buy it !

Bought one of these coats last year for 6 year old and she loved it....everyone loves it! Made of thick warmsoft woven material, is hand washable. The coat is fully lined, the faux fur is soft and lovely. The back side of this cost is so festive with the lace peplum and large bow. It is a show stopper!! It fits well, so order the size your child wears or a size up if you want to have an extra years use of it. This is nice enough to pass to younger siblings or cousins! Plus it has beautiful buttons too!
