The engineering is superb and it works well. Note that unlike the larger model, there is no hold-open feature. However, you can hold it open with your finger. This is the go-to model for a lightweight z-drag for glacier travel.

Smaller than the micro traxion and without the locking mechanism, great for my rescue kit and as a backup to the micro for TR solo.
