Your cart is empty.The lightest in the Petzl range! VERSO is an easy-to-use, tube-style belay device. With it, you can belay or rappel making it suitable for climbing and canyoneering. The specific design allows the rope to glide smoothly through the device and reduces wear. It is compatible with most rope diameters: single 8.5 to 10.5 mm, half 7.1 to 9.2 mm, and twin 6.9 to 9.2 mm. With a compact shape and SCREW-LOCK locking system, the PETZL ATTACHE carabiner is designed for use in a variety of belay applications. It has an H-frame to keep the weight low and the round-stock basket creates a smooth surface for the rope to run over, for easier belaying with the VERSO, REVERSO, or a Munter hitch. The Keylock system helps prevent the carabiner from snagging during use.

I'm pretty new to climbing but this ATC seemed like the way to go based on other reviews. I had used a similar device in training with the built-in brake slots and liked the way it operated. Having been climbing for a few months now, I like it even more and I'm sure it will last years and years.

This is a great piece! I rappel on it all the time! I usually run a single and rip pretty fast. If you don’t have an ATC of some kind, add one to your gear!They’re inexpensive and highly functional.

Great ATC. Functions well. As mentioned by another reviewer it is more of an aqua color than green like it appears in the picture. I like the color and don’t care but just wanted others to be aware.

Love the simplicity of this ATC because there is nothing to break on it. That means no matter what happens I have something to belay with no matter what happens. I use a grigri as my main belay device and love the added safety it offers but I love having the back up too. I know they are used for other things but I'm to new to climbing to be doing anything other than climbing and belaying right now. It's also good to know how to use this because some gyms don't test on a grigri but on ATCs like this. I strongly suggest taking the belay class that most gyms offer for cheap.

Lost my old one in a canyon...ordered this one because I thought it was going to be a bright green like my grigri. It was a light seafoam blue. Somewhat disappointed in the color, but it still works great.

Gewohnte top Qualität von Petzl, Verarbeitung super und sehr leicht. Ich habe den Tuber bis jetzt nur zum Abseilen verwendet, und dafür hat er super funktioniert. Die Bremswirkung ist gut. Gerade für den Preis ein super Produkt!
