I bought some mop heads and what was describe and what was shown was not the same as what I was sent and it cost me $13 dollars for the return but I couldn't do anything with them as I couldn't even find a handle for what they sent

If your original mophead was yellow, this one will not work with your mop handle. I was unable to find the model number on my mop handle and when I called the Mr. Clean customer service they said all the customer service reps were busy and that they would call me back but they never did.

The mophead itself is great. The magic eraser on the end is stupid. It falls off easily and falls apart quickly.
