The wire came as described and worked. Mounted the spool and feed the wire and it ran normally in my Snap-On mig with gas. I used the wire to patch some rust holes in an old C-10 hood, it worked great and I hadn’t used my welder for years. It’s not coated wire but worked great for the application.

Can't say how well the wire worked. I ordered .030 SS wire. The box says .030 wire. Opened up the box and found a spool of .035 which is too heavy for what I had intended to use it for. I was really dissapointed to see the "packaged in the USA" on the box which wasn't what I expected. I've bought 4 or 5 different spools of PGN wire without any problems, the wire does what it should unremarkable which means it's good wire, but this will be the last time. I can't afford to get mis-packaged products that are difficult to return so I will stop being lazy and get my wire from my welding supplier from now on. It is typically cheaper but they are about 40 minutes away so I will just suck it up and do a little more driving.

The wire was shipped fast and the price was decent. The only thing was, as I read in one of the reviews, the wire was 0.35 in stead of as it was labeled 0.30. But, the 0.35 was fine for what I was doing.
