This is exactly as described and made really well. I was having a difficult time finding a boom box with A/C adapter rather than a rechargeable battery.It was also difficult to find one with radio and a CD player. It also has an USB port and plays digital audio.Not only does it have all the features I was looking for, it’s also a good price. When I found other players with the features I desired they were a bit more than I wanted to spend.This was a gift for my elderly mother and having to recharge a radio would be hard for her to understand. This is also simple to use. She doesn’t have to remember a ton of steps to choose between playing a CD or playing the radio. It’s not a digital set up, but the click of a switch.This is definitely an excellent choice for people with memory problems or small children. The price is right and it’s an excellent product.I would definitely buy it again and have already suggested it as a gift for three other people.

I do "not" write reviews...this is an exception!This product does not deserve any stars, but I had to mark one to submit this review!I originally ordered this Philco Portable CD Player Boombox on April 10 for a present. I could not return it because it was after the return date when I found out it only worked for a few hours.I ordered another Philco Portable CD Player Boombox on June 25 to find this one didn't work long either, but I was able to return this one and receive a refund.So here I sit with a none working Philco Portable CD Player Boombox that I purchased April 10th and am also out $29.99.If you buy this product, make sure you try it out and use this product "a lot" before the return date expires.Very disappointed!!!

Like the size just fine and the sound is good. The controls are located in inconvenient spots and not clearly marked for an older person's eyes.

Aparelho bem compacto e leve porém som bem potente, de fácil manuseio, com todas as funcionalidades executando perfeitamente. Vem com tomada, mas precisa de adaptador para tomada com três pontas. Também tem a opção de pilhas. Chegou muito antes do previsto, excelente produto.

La calidad del sonido es buena, tiene radio AM/FM, se puede conectar con cable auxiliar entrada universal de celular a la grabadora y sobre todo la reproducción del CD fue por lo que la adquirà de regalo para un familiar, en la pequeña pantalla lee del disco y te dice cuántas pistas tiene y conforme se reproduce te dice en qué pista va, además de que tiene opción de repetir la canción sin necesidad de regresarla a cada rato. 100% recomendado

Me pareció algo caro el radio en un inicio, el plástico se siente frágil, no es como el plástico de radios Sony, el color es muy bonito, el repructor de CDs va muy bien, el radio es AM/FM de perilla, el volumen no da para tanto y no usa antena. Al final me pareció bien el precio porque radio con menos de esto están al mismo precio. Además es de marca Philco, buena marca. Recomiendo este producto.

Apesar de ter sido comprado no inÃcio de janeiro deste ano, 2025, o CD player já não está funcionando em fevereiro de 2025.
