When Your Nails/Staples Are Jammed
The size and orientation of the nails/staples and whether the operator operates it correctly can cause jam,so you should make sure nails/staples in the magazine point upwards.
When your nails/staples are jammed,there are some tips.
- Switch the power to Off-position.
- Use needle-nose pliers to remove the jamming nails/staples.

Easy to use, easy to load, easy to charge. Would be nice if it came with its own plug in adapter. Works as intended. Has a very long battery life. Also, shuts off after not being in use for a period of time.

I found that when turned upside down, it is very difficult to get the stapler to fire. Very frustrating. The directions were minimal and not helpful. At one point they tell you to turn off before pulling the trigger.

I like it can do both nails and staples. However there are no instructions as to how to load the nails so I can't use it for that. I really need it to do both . It's the perfect size for crafts. I'm thinking about sending it back if I cant use it.
