I wanted something to invest in for my small art business and searched everywhere for a low budget printer. This is my first thermal printer, very easy to use and everything arrived intact and very well packaged. Compatible with my iphone through their app "Labelife," I was able to connect via Bluetooth right away. I appreciated how simple it was to insert and secure paper for printing. Prints in literally in under two seconds!The best part is not having to worry about buying ink since it's a thermal printer. I'm also happy about how compact this printer is (my desk area is already very crowded). If you want a printer that works well right out of the box, is easy to set up, and connects to your phone immediately, I definitely recommend this printer. This has been helpful for printing shipping labels for my small art business, and is a great price for what you get.

I'm sooo glad I purchased this. I create and sell books and initially I was printing the labels, cutting them out and taping them to the package. It was time-consuming and it caused me to use more paper and tape. Using the label maker is a tremendous help. It looks more professional and I can use it to print other items too. If you have to print labels, you need this.

I really like this printer. It took me a minute to figure out how to install it on my Mac, but once I figured it out it was so easy to use!

First off, I have a Mac, so I can’t say how this works with Windows. I follow the instructions out of the box which have you use adobe to edit the labels. Turns out this is a feature you have to pay for, as a subscription. So I try looking at reviews to see if anyone had this same issue. Turns out, you have to go to the actual website and download the driver. Then you have to download the app to use. I did all that and finally got a perfect label. I go to use the label printer a week later and run into more headaches. The app didn’t work as smoothly as the first time, but I was able to configure something to work. Then the printer wouldn’t print. It kept saying it was “waitingâ€. Even though everything showed it was hooked up fine and in idle. I unplug the cable from my Mac and plug it back in. Boom. It prints. I figure maybe the cable just wasn’t fully connected. I go to print another label and run into the same issue. I unplug and replug the cable in. Boom. It printed. So I guess I have to unplug and replug everytime.?! There’s just so much hassle with this little printer.

This small pink thermal printer is a total game-changer! First off, the color is absolutely adorable—it's like the perfect pop of pink for my workspace. But beyond the cuteness, this little printer gets the job done. It prints labels at lightning speed, which has saved me so much time with my projects and it doesn’t require ink! It prints in many different sizes of labels. I’ve used small label stickers, large shipping labels, and even 2in x 2in circle stickers without problem. It’s compact and surprisingly quiet. Whether you’re organizing, shipping, or crafting, this printer is great!

Setting up this label printer was a huge pain in the ass, there are very little instructions and I had to download "driver support one". Driver support says it costs $10 when surprise surprise it costs $10 A MONTH. This driver is supposed to make the printing app "Label life" work. But it told me the product would stop working if I stopped paying. Eventually, my card expired so I waited to see if my printer would stop working and it did NOT. I recently got a new computer, just downloaded label life for free, and it prints fine. SO DO NOT download driver support. To set this up just download "label life" to your computer and plug the printer into the USB port on your computer. Otherwise the printer itself works great, some limits to how small or thin a printed line can be but gets the job done.

I bought this printer for small business use and am really happy with it. It's easy to set up and the printing quality is very good, results are clear and legible. No bluetooth connectivity, but that's not a problem for me personally. It also looks very cute on my desk as a bonus :)

Se ha usado para imprimir más de 100 etiquetas hasta el momento y funciona de maravilla. Mi mamá la compró para etiquetar sus botellas de tónicos, compuestos, jarabes, etc. y aprendió perfecto a imprimir sola mientras yo le ayudaba por teléfono asà que en realidad dirÃa que es muy sencilla de usar.Para mi la instalación también fue muy sencilla y la conseguà a muy buen precio. Vale la pena invertir en las etiquetas de la marca también, pegan muchÃsimo y son a prueba de agua, aceite y arañazos.Excelente máquina!
