Tried it before leaving on a trip to Europe to make sure it worked. Called a number in Venice, and the call went through, no problem. HOWEVER, the Card did not work at all in France or Italy. The card did not work in Paris or anywhere tried in Italy(Venice, Florence, Sorrento, Capri, Rome). Complete waste of money.

Only the second phone card I've ever bought in my life, so my big questions were:1. Is this company legit? (turns out, yes)2. Are the phone lines clear - voice/audio? (yes, they hear me and I can hear them as if in same city)3. Better than Skype? (the whole reason I want to call from my phone - I hate the quality of skype)Conclusion: I call from east coast USA to europe and the calls are 3 cents a minute. easy to use and the call quality is great. So yes, I'd buy from this company again and yes, I'd recommend it.

I was hesitant about any calling card because of reviews but this card worked well. It is a hassle dialing the number, entering the pin and then entering an international phone number but the price and quality are worth it. I have only used it once. We have terrible cell single where we live and I was concerned that the call would not be clear but it was a very good connection to my 87 year old uncle in England.

A bit more complicated than prior phone cards. If you want to a longer time-frame to use the card before expiration, you need to set up an account by calling Naootel live support ...before learning that, I nearly returned the card.

I purchased this phone card for my elderly mother. She still has a landline phone. It took me along time to find a landline type of card so I was happy when I did. My mother was able to use it with no problems.

Sent my daughter to bootcamp with this calling card and she was not able to use it at all. She called crying because it was the first time they were allowed to call home and she only had one minute because a friend was nice enough to let her borrow her card to call home. This caused my daughter to be completely heart broken durring one if the hardest times in her life. Do not buy from this company!!
