I really loved using this item up until this week. I used it for my work cell, ID badge and keys. I hooked a small locking S-carabiner to the strap adjuster to hold the keys and badge, and the only thing hanging from the hook was the cell phone. This week I noticed that the “leather†tab at the bottom of the strap was coming apart, the stitches were coming out. I figured I would go home and see it myself, but before the day was done, the seam came apart completely. I could still fix it, but the idea that this could happen is alarming. What if it had come apart while I was at a noisy, crowded location? I wouldn’t have even known my cell phone was gone.There was another negative: despite what the ads said, I could not charge any of my iPhones (iPhone 6, iPhone SE, iPhone 14) with the plastic tab loop in place. I tried with the common soft cases and with a hard Otter-style case. I eventually resolved it by opening the case and sliding the plastic tab loop up into the case during charging, so I wouldn’t lose the tab loop. Oh that’s the other thing…if you do misplace or drop the loop, because it’s clear, it’s very hard to find!

Nice looking, strong, very well made. I keep losing everything, so I always have my phone hanging from my neck. This lanyard was a substitute for my old case with wallet and crossbody strap that didn't let me use a magnetic charger (It was black and I also was bored of it, to tell the truth). My iPhone is gold color, I got a clear case with gold accents, a minimalist wallet in black with gold zipper, and carabiners in gold color to attach it to this lanyard. I think the color of the lanyard would have been better in plain black that the color I bought. In general, I'm very happy with the purchase.

I bought this because we have to carry two badges, along with a ring of visual reminders for students. I wear it backwards so I can hook my visuals to the square ring "in the front" via carabiner. It's a decent quality and I think it would be great if all you needed were badges - and you're not a K-2 teacher that bends down a lot. The strap is too narrow and the weight of my visuals makes it fall forward like a typical lanyard. So it doesn't really fit my jury-rigged purposes. Also, I got the white "Kindness" version and after 4 mos, it's starting to get a little dirty and old-lookiing. Not really the company's fault - just fair warning if you get this style and try to rig it up. I wish I had gotten one with a wider strap that comes with a carabiner and "wallet." It would have worded better for my purposes.

I love the design but my phone won’t charge with the clip inside the case. These should come with a protective case or another kind of connection. I promptly misplace both of the little tabs that go inside phone case and now can’t use strap at all.
