Screws right on top of my tripod and iPhone 13 fits just fine. Holds it secure in either vertical or horizontal positions.

I've been looking for something like this. Just a simple adapter for my old Samsung phone to fit into my old Targus TG-6660TR tripod quick release platform. It fit both perfectly. Doesn't do anything fancy, and you do have to watch your fingers when placing the phone in it so you don't get pinched. It will hold the phone at any angle along one plane. Along other planes, you just use your tripod controls. Very pleased with this purchase!

Easy to install and works as expected. My cell phone easily fits but the grippers don't open far enough to hold my tablet.

Had to return as it wasn't staying on my wooden table, but this would work on a different table. Built well and holds a good weight for items you want to mount!

It works well for its intended purpose the top attachment that grips the phone had to be replaced, otherwise no complaints. I bring with me to the gym.
