pHresh strips Two Color Test System
pHresh strips are comprised of a two color test system which is more effective than litmus paper.
Compare your results to the pHresh strips pH chart. A reading of 6.5 pH - 7.25 pH is balanced, 6.5 pH - 6.0 pH is acidic, and 5.75 pH and lower is very acidic. Test 2-3 times per day on a daily basis for a week or more to get an average reading

I have used pHfresh strips products in the past that had different colors on the strips and I liked them very well. When it came time to order again, this was the only one I could find. The colors are different and so far I don't think they are working for me. First of all, the top color never really matches up with any of the colors on the chart. Secondly, the bottom color is always at least two numbers more acidic. These strips do come with some very good instructions and by actually reading them, I learned the the top color is more important and the the bottom color is very sensitive to any medications you might be taking. I am not taking any pharmaceutical medications but I am taking many supplements so I can understand why these two colors are not more aligned. What I do not understand is why my daily first morning readings are always exactly the same day after day. This has never happened to me before with previous pHresh strips I have used but it is happening with these. This makes me believe that these strips are not really working for me.

Strips and chart easy to read. Didn't like the small clear rectangular plastic container. Quirky to close. Hard to grab strips. Great product otherwise.

I took a stick reading and was just below normal -same day as I had a urine sample -pure needle extracted from dog bladder- for test at vet to send out to have checked and it came back higher than ever at 8.5 PH ! When the stick said low normal! that same day.I would be believing it was normal and all the time be too high. I wanted this to work so bad but was so upset that these aren't even close to vets standard tests, I'm assuming all brands are going to be this way??So just be careful and get your urinalysis done frequently I guess. I did like the large variety of changing colors to decipher the reading compared to other brands and people say not to touch the ends since it can change the reading, then they should put all of them in with tops down not some up some down? so you might touch some which could have happened too.
