Do you have a piano out of tune? I hate to break it to you, but this won't tune your piano. No matter where you put it on the piano or how long you leave it there, this kit will not tune your piano.But don't worry, there's this four letter word that will finish the job. This word is work. If you put in the necessary work and use the kit to help tune the piano, then that piano will likely sound amazing once you're done!If you're lazy, then hire someone to do it for you. But then again... You or whoever gave you the money still had to work for the money you are using.In the end, work is the only thing that will tune your piano, this tuning kit just helps speed up the process.

You get what you pay for, the handle is plastic and I feel it might break fairly soon - but as somebody just dipping their toes into tuning pianos this is just what I needed

Nice little kit, but the wrench is useless. It’s got a very short handle, so there’s not much leverage, and that makes fine tuning nearly impossible. And then the wooden handle broke, making it totally useless. Save your money and get a larger wrench.

Took some time to get into the groove but I was able to get my piano playable again.I used my phone for the first octave or so and then tuned the rest of the strings to that section (as you should).

I needed a “fix it†kit to make small tuning changes to my piano. I already had a universal tuning hammer. The only thing that was disappointing was the thickness of the felt. The mutes, however, worked great to isolate the right string.

Creo que sirve para hacer ajustes para afinar, pero si eres un afinador profesional definitivamente no lo comprarÃas. Porque la llave es muy pequeña del mango, a veces se necesita un largo mas grande para algunos pianos.

It worked fine for me, but a longer handle for leverage would have made the tuning easier. I would have paid more for a longer handle had I known. Also the felt was too thick to thread in my strings so didn't use it.
