Productive Wood Drum Shell Manufacturing and Modification
All of our drum shells are manufactured from hand picked quality poplar wood panels. The wood mill cuts and delivers to our factory proper sizes for our shells by a computer-controlled saw. After the gluing, rolling, drying, and sanding process, the drum shells are checked for a level check, and measured for accuracy at a 15% sample rate. Next, the laminate wrap is applied, and holes are drilled into the shell for hardware, and sands down the edges of the shell for snare beds. Next, all hardware, drum heads, and snare wires are assembled to the drum shells. Finally, before packaging and shipping to our warehouse distribution location, our quality control technician visually inspects all the drums, and does a performance sound sample with a 5% sample rate. Once the inspections passes our standards, the finished production ships direct to our loading dock, where our sound technicians perform yet another & final sound sample before being fulfilled.
We Take Sound Serious.
Our instruments and studio equipment are sound sampled by our hired sound technician. We focus on being competitive, all while not sacrificing quality of sound. Since most everyone at our brand has an extensive musical background, we are very rigorous in the sound process of equipment. Additionally, it allows us to act quickly and communicate efficiently with our factories production manager on when we see a need for improvement. Before and after each batch run from the factory, our instruments are sampled to confirm the quality, pitch and sound specs remain consistent from our previous production orders.

INSTALLED SNARE BEDS FOR YOUR SNARE DRUM SNARES
Snare beds are now carved in the drum shell for a tighter snare sound. Curved depressions are cut opposite each other into the bottom bearing edge of the drum, parallel to the snare throw off / snare strainer and butt plate. The installed snare beds are very popular with drummers as many drummers like a reduction of snare buzz and rattle. This makes all the snares rest flush alongside the bottom of the drum head.

I liked that the snare drum came with a drum key, the snare would be good for a beginner drum who is just starting out playing drums, my suggestion would be to upgrade the batter and resodent side head, the snare wires to better ones then what came on the snare, if you want to upgrade the throw-off and butt plate and maybe the snare hoops. Overall it's a great product.

I was a bit skeptical of this drum, but it fit the bill for what I was looking for, so I ordered it. I must say, it is way more than I expected. Just a light and quick tune up and it sounds GREAT!!! Not sure why you would want to change the heads, as they are just fine. You get what you pay for, but in this case, you get way more for your money. The finish on my drum is flawless and pretty hip as well! Hardware is good quality, lugs are a bit tight, but I did not even lube them and was still able to get the drum up to a good sounding pitch! Buy it...you will be very happy with your purchase!

I needed a good snare for my studio apartment while I wasn't in the school studio. This was 300% better than my other concert snare. The price comes with lack of durability but for someone like me who doesn't gig or move, I think it is a perfect suite.I could see if you were doing gigs and or moving equipment that parts of the guts and lugs could loosen or fall off. Parts are made in China and generally iffy but tbh works great for me.

Not as good as I hoped. I know I was taking a chance with buying one for such a low price but I decided to take a chance. Low quality parts are my main complaint. Some of the tension rods don't even tighten the same. Also there aren't any washers on the tension rods. The snare throw-off is very poor quality. Didn't come with a damper so something to control the tone is very much needed. I am going to try and do some upgrades and see how it turns out (heads, snare strand, throw-off, and tension rods with washers)

it took a lil while to get it but it was free shipping the snare sounds great for $40 cant go wtong the only complaint i have is when i got it the wrap was warped up by the rim so i just took the wrap off and stained it it sounds wonderful

I wasn't sure about a piccolo snare, but for $40 this one is well worth it so far. The part that holds the snares in place is plastic, but it has held up for a few days at least. I haven't tried tuning it yet, but it has a nice sound when played with brushes.

The snare is ok, it is inexpensive with an ok sound. youll spend more on the replacement heads and new snare to get a good sound. You're better off finding a good used one. The seller is terrible.. The snare I got had rust on the inside lug screws. I didnt notice till after the return window closed. Now I am fighting with geekstands to get a replacement. avoid them at all costs
