I have worn this daily since March and while it is very delicate and light, it has held up to daily wear, beach/pool/showers/workout/activities etc.See new pics uploaded showing this is a quality piece and truly worth the spend.I opted for the solid gold version which is very pretty. The script is clean, and there are no uneven or flawed edges on the script.I have wanted an updated Carrie necklace for years, and the modern script is just enough to set it apart from standard name necklaces. However for 200 bucks I would have liked a bit more weight/heft. I fear it is going to have a high risk of becoming snagged and the chain snapped on many types of jackets, sweaters, limiting the wearability and honestly, I was looking for an everyday piece that I could pretty much put on and leave it on (which is why I opted for the solid gold version.) It's just too thin/flimsy for daily wear. I'm keeping it because it is quite pretty and I like the modern script but my search continues for an everyday gold chain.

I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt and friendly response. They assured me that they stand by their products and immediately offered to send a replacement necklace.The new necklace arrived quickly, and I’m happy to say that it’s perfect. The quality is great, and it’s holding up beautifully. Although I had an issue initially, the excellent customer service really turned the situation around. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again!

The $199 necklace came with a very dainty necklace that was entertwined with the name so tight that we could not unravel it. The seller wouldn’t talk to me the computer stated it was non-refundable and that amazon was responsible for shipping. I was told to contact customer service. Good luck with that—they said contact the seller. After going round and around, i finally had to take it to a jewlery store to get it untangled and pay for the privilege! No customer service. The clasp on the necklace was so small, i couldn’t operate it and had to replace it

This was a gift to our daughter for her birthday. She was very pleased to receive it. It’s attractive, the chain length is good, and we are pleased with it.

Engraving is detailed and the font work is very pretty. I have bought three others elsewhere and you can’t really tell what the word is, this chain the wording is great quality and easy to read and understand. The color of gold is a realistic shade of gold.Now for the negatives: The clasp broke quickly and the color started to wear off a few months of occasional wear (under 20 wear)I would still buy again though

Bought as a gift for my mom, she loved it and it got here very quickly (and it was cheaper than other options on here). I think the chain could be a little longer, but it’s a good material and hasn’t caused any green on her skin.

It’s literally not worth the money. I’ve seen better quality pieces for less. It’s cute but not durable. One came with discoloration and another came bent. I would not recommend.
