I got this for my niece back in October, added my brothers picture in it, and an engraved message on the back in Arabic. The post office near me held it for a few days and I couldn’t get them to make the delivery no matter what I did. I reached out to the vendor and they contacted the post office for me and made sure I got the locket! I have so much respect for them and I’m in the process of saving my money to get me a locket from them too! That said, the item itself is beautifully made. High quality and beautiful design for a reasonable price. My niece loves it, everyone thought it looked so beautiful and it is. The image pockets are just the right size and they have many options on how many slots you’d like. 5 stars well deserved!

It’s absolutely beautiful, but the only thing is I ordered a two picture heart that would open to a picture on the right and the left, but what I received is a four picture heart that I have a picture on the left of the heart and on the right of the heart, but in the middle, it’s a blank heart it looks like I forgot to put pictures on this. It’s a bit confusing.

I am terribly disappointed in the quality. The chain is so cheap looking, it’s a dirty gold color. I am sick that I spent this much money and cannot return it. I also chose 1 photo thinking it would be a locket with a single photo spot but it still came with 3 empty spots in it. This is ridiculous and wasted money.

Birthday present for wife, came next day, nice box with velvet pouch inside holding the heart. Comes with very nice chain. Very pleased and wife loves it! Really not a problem...but downsizing the pictures was a two day learning process, used photo printing program & a regular print program to figure out the size. Be advised if you are not techy on the computer with print programs, it might be better to upload the pics as they offer to print them, and let them do it. Otherwise very happy.

The locket looks well made and sturdy. The pictures are of good quality. The chain is rather thin and the first chain that came with the locket had a lobster clasp that would not close. It took three days, but the seller shipped a new chain at no extra cost.

I was shocked when I was told my custom engraved locket would arrive in 2 days. It did, and it was incredible. My wife said it was the best gift ever, and it will be a lifelong treasure for her. Thank you. There was only one thing you need to improve on. The photos were not zoomed to the same specifications as I had done in the customization of the photos, meaning you made our faces smaller than I had ordered. But they are still treasured photos of our faces. Thank you.

The locket was beautiful just disappointed in the photo Quality for the price I paid it should been alot better Quality it looks pixaly.
