* UPDATE: The seller solved the problem, I received a new chain with the clasp!I was happy with the quality and the way the pictures were put in the locket. The chain was not the same as in the picture and looks cheap and no end to attach the clasp to.

This locket is perfect for me. It is small , lightweight , and had a loving message engraved on the front for all to see. It is a good value to me. The front is shiny strerling silver. The back is matte sterling silver , a beautiful finish front and back. The only thing I had to do was buy a longer chain. I am very pleased with purchase.

I was very disappointed with this locket. Not only was the blue backing on the left side of the locket torn up and poorly set, but it was entirely missing a chain! The locket itself is nice, but the preparation and packaging were awful.

The locket turned out beautiful! The chain in the picture is not what you get. The chain links are very small. The chain is nice but short and thin. It would be worth it to have a thicker chain.

I didn’t personally get to touch it, but my future mother in law said it was good quality. At first the lock was a little hard for her to open. The picture on the right side came out well and so did the scripture I put on the left side.

For 70 bucks this was not worth it. I wanted to like it but it just can't.It bigger than advertised.The quality is cheap, it won't close properly.Thr picture quality isn't as clear as described and the chain doesn't hold up.If you want a locket don't come to Amazon, save your money and go to a jeweler. That's what I'm going to do.
