I’m 300lbs and used to working out at a gym so I’m not sure if I just didn’t appreciate the quality that much but it didn’t give me the feeling of. Good resistance workout however my wife who does more cardio than anything absolutely loves them and says she can feel the burn.

Bought this product to use as a bench. Press a bar but the found out that the latch spring broke quickly on one of the bands. However, it is still usable and seems to work OK without the latch Spring. The band's also seem to give the correct tension. So it does work for my purpose, but the quality is not that high.

These are a nice compact size, they fit into a bag and they’re super cheap. I’m curious to see how the perform under heavy tension and also how they hold up after a year. But for now I’m very pleased. Downside is the woven fabric around the bungee cables is fraying a little bit, so I have to trim that to keep it from getting caught. But other than that the handles are super comfortable.

I purchased as I wanted a Pilates bar to tone and to build strength. I took it out and put it together. There is only one band for each resistance. I couldn't get any of the carabiner for the accessories over the bands, such as for the foot strap or the hand straps, so I wouldn't have been able to use them. I purchased this as to use as a Pilates bar first and foremost, but all of the exercise pictures that are sent with the box only show people using the bands. There are NO pictures using the Pilates bar. Needless to say, I'm returning this and going with another brand. I'd recommend a bar that has bands that attach to each end of the bar.

Poorly made. Cloth covers over bands easily snag, carabiners are cheap and the bands don't seem to stretch evenly. Also without two sets of bands it is impossible to do certain exercises. While they weren't expensive if I were to do it over again I'd buy much better ones.

Really good quality, but to use as a Pilates bar you really need another set of bands. But they are really nice resistance bands and I am keeping them. Door anchor is nice too, as well as the exercise guide which I hung on the door.

The bar is nice the bands are just awful. I should've left it at the store now I have to waste my time returning this unit. The quality is just terrible and the resistance is non-existant. They don't stretch evenly. I couldn't even get underneath for a decent squat.
