Like the title says, I am seriously impressed with this! Opening up the box, I was surprised to see how meticulously it was packaged, with a note from the founder. It’s rare to see that attention these days, and honestly made me feel good about selecting this item to purchase out of the many available.In addition to the impressive packaging, the ring itself is very sturdy and sleek. I believe it comes in multiple colors but I’m an all black gal myself and love when my workout gear feels chic because it motivates me.I’m hoping to spend more mindfully in 2025 which means cutting down on my gym expenses, so am happy to have this added to my gear for future YouTube workouts.

The product came nicely packaged with detailed instructions for use. The instructions are well written, categorized by type of exercise, and include representative pictures to help your Pilates workouts takeoff.This circle beats the others to me. It is much lighter and comfortable compared to the foam material ones I’ve used at the studio.

Pretty hard to go wrong with these, it's a basic device, and it works. Considering it's an off-brand, the current price is a bit high for the what the device is, your mileage may vary as the price changes. I can't imagine there is much difference between these things, so I would shop for lowest price. This one does have a different aesthetic from what appears to be the standard Chinese model that gets re-branded over and over, so if you like the aesthetic, there's that.

I have never used a pilates ring before, but when I saw the different ways to use one, I knew I needed to try this. I really like having this as an addition to my home gym! It is great for arms, but I especially wanted to try it for inner thigh. I feel like I can get a much better workout using this product than I can from using a pilates ball, and it takes up a lot less space! It seems well made, and I feel it is a good value for the money. If I had one complaint about the product, it is that the handles are not soft. They are made to grip well, which they do, but I felt like I was going to bruise myself, especially using it with inner thighs. So I added a little padding, as pictured. It was my daughter's idea to add the piece of pipe insulation, which I already had, and it fit perfectly! It even stays in place without taping. A pool noodle would work well too.

I am a beginner in pilates and it was recommended that I get a ring. I mention this because I don't have a frame of reference but here is what I think after one session use: It is very flexible but sturdy enough to hold in my legs without the weight of my upper leg easily bending it and making it slip out. It is smaller than I expected it to be which while I thought it was disappointing, it turns out that because it is slightly smaller, I am able to have better control without over stretching so I think it is a good thing given that I don't have particularly long arms. It feels comfortable BUT I did end up with the imprint on my skin for about 10-15mins after the class ended so I may have to wear long sleeves and yoga pants to avoid that. I found it easy to use and for a beginner using this for the very first time, I enjoyed using it and would recommend it.

This PALECLOUDS Pilates Ring is awesome. So well made and the silicone just feels wonderful to hold. It takes up little space but will have a big impact on my exercise routine! It comes with a nice bag for storage or travel, and a nice chart of exercises. Great instructions!Many years ago I used the Thighmaster - this ring makes me think of the workouts I did with that for my arms and thighs. This ring is SO much nicer without all the bulk. I will thoroughly enjoy using this ring - I leave it in view to just grab when I feel like it for a little extra workout, whenever.Totally impressed with the quality and style! Highly recommend!

I've added pilates to my workout routine, and this circle does everything I never knew I needed. It's amazing that this small circle can make such a difference. The first time I used it, I was sore all over! There's a diagram with different ways to use the circle, and I found workout routines on YouTube. No regrets!
