  • Wrap Sizing Template: The Pen Tool comes equipped with the perfect size wrap template that you can use to help cut your sub-paper to size.
  • Tight Pen Wraps: The Pen Tool Features a flexible TPU Pen holder that creates a tight hold on your pen and wraps when in position, helping you keep the pen in place for easy taping and tightly securing your wrap for sublimation.
  • Helps Prevent Ghosting & Bad Seam Lines: Loose and uneven wraps are the #1 reason for bad seam lines and ghosting. Using the Pen Tool, you can ensure your wrap is tightly applied to your pen blank and even for a great seam line and finished look.
  • Taping Grooves: The Pen Tool features five evenly spaced taping grooves that provide you with an easy and functional space to apply the excess tape before the completion of your pen taping.
  • DOES NOT PROVIDE HEAT: The Pen Tool should be used only for sublimation pen wrapping and taping. It is not intended for vinyl wrapping but can double as a vinyl tool if needed. The Pen Tool does not provide heat for the sublimation process and should not be used in the oven when sublimating.
  • 0.4" Diameter Pen Blanks: This tool is intended to be used for Pen Blanks with a diameter of .4" and a Circumference of 1.20". Refer to image 2 in the top right corner for intended pen blank sizing.

Sectioned groves for taping and pinching sub-paper closed Sub-paper sizing cutter for perfect-sized pen wraps Use the Sub-Paper size cutter to line up and cut the perfect-sized sublimation wrap. Place your pen and sublimation wrap in the firmly fitted pen groove. Take your tape and use the tape grooves to pinch and tape your pen tight for the perfect wrap. Sublimate and enjoy your newly sublimated pen.
