I needed these to do some physical therapy exercises on carpeting. They work fine. Sometimes, my sneaker falls off of the disk but its no big deal.

I like that these sliders were a great price, and they came in pink. They slide with minimal pressure on a carpeted floor, flip them over and they work well on a laminate floor. The place they do not work well is on an exercise mat. I could not use them with my mat, as I just about had to about pull a muscle to get them to slide. So, if you intend on using them with a cushioned exercise mat, think again. I'll just spread a small rug down on the mat when I use them.

These sliders are great for any workout that requires them! They are affordable and well made. They assist with improving balance when used correctly!
