Worth the purchase. The durability is excellent. This will be great for a blue and black room. As far as hanging it, Over the bed or on an empty wall will do. Hanging it is simple. The light can be used alone to lighten a room.

I wanted something unique for my daughter’s room so purchased this light. I was skeptical at first because I didn’t love the idea of it not being wireless but then realized when going to hang it up my daughters headboard is fabric so with a couple straight pins we fastened it to the headboard and are able to hide the cord behind it. She loves it and now so do I.
