After trying (and stressing) regular scissors, I finally gave in and bought some shears at Michaels. Left the fabric all ate up looking so I returned them and ordered these. Cut quality was incredible, comfortable to hold, cut through the fabric easily. I have used them for a few months - have held up well.

Although the description says "Pinking Shears for Fabric Cutting", these shears would NOT cut fabric for me, it appears the serrated cutting edges is not sharp enough and or there is a loose fit between the cutting blades.I tried to cut several different types and weights of fabric and these pinking shears did NOT cut any fabric, only chewed it up as you can see in the photos.They only cut paper for scrap booking, if you need to cut fabric, don't waste your money on theses cheap shears, get a good pair that really works. I ended up purchasing the "O" brand Pinking rotary cutter blade for my Fiskars rotary cutter and that works GREAT perfect cuts every time.
