I've had this a couple of years now and came back to the listing to maybe order another for a gift or for me. :) I have been very happy with how well and how long it keeps things warm. It's great for potlucks or picnics where re-heating or heating options are limited. I usually line it with parchment paper or foil (since I hate clean up) so I haven't had the issues with water and cleaning that others have had, I just need to wipe it out.

Pros: Size: I like the large capacity 3.5 liter, and I can easily keeps 25 rotis. They stay hot for a couple hours , which is all I need.Cons: handle is too smooth and slippery. Difficult to open sometimes. I had to scour the plastic with steel wool to create some traction.The steel bowl inside is easy to clean, but the water gets inside the outer plastic casing while washing this. So be sure to drain that water after each wash and allow to dry thoroughly.I worry about mold inside ? Hope not.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have really enjoyed this casserole dish. Every time I take it anywhere there are always people that comment on how attractive it is and want to know where I got it! I have used it for both hot and cold dishes, and highly recommend it.

It keeps cooking the pasta after you put it in. Then when I tried to open it, took 3 people and about 5-6 minutes to get top off! Had a suction. It’s pretty but not with what it cost

Die Verbindung zwischen Innenteil und Plastik ist undicht.Bereits nach 2 Mal Auffüllen mit Wasser, hat der Topf Wasser im Inneren.Wenn man dort Speisen reinmachen und z.B. Fleischsäfte da rein kommen. Hat man nach kurzer Zeit schöne Schimmelparty.

Mais, pour la soupe de cet hiver, les crêpes, le pot-au-feu, j'y penserai ‼ï¸On peut faire le dîner, et le transvaser dedans, pour que chacun mange chaud, en cas de retard...Je recommande.

The item itself is very good. Used it several times and based on the heat of the item it can keep the heat between 2 and four hours. The instruction booklet which came with it said to fill it with hot water before use. I filled it with boing water and closed it. I could not open it. This happened several times. If you fill it with hot water, close it with a plate instead of the lid. It looks like the lid getting sucked in. The lid is poorly designed and needs resigning. There is no grip. At least there should be a slot to put your fingers to turn and lift it up.
