Ordered this for my hamster not only is it complicated to put together the pieces do not snap in place but my hamster is way to big for it. I ordered this because it looked bigger in pictures shown than the actual size. THIS IS DEFINITELY A WASTE OF MONEY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. It is not sturdy and very flimsy

I bought this for a tiny mouse that we rescued off a glue trap in the factory! He loves this house and is able to get to all 3 floors quick and fast. He loves it !

Neither door actually latches. Barely bump it and it comes open, I taped them closed. Not quite enough room for 2 gerbils and the "houses" are tiny!! Tiny!!!

absolutely do not buy this cage for your hamster. Partially it is on me for not reading reviews but this cage is extremely small. not only is it extremely small but is totally flimsy. This is the second time my hamster escaped from the cage this time I can’t find him. I’ve only kept it as a temporary one until I’ve had the money to buy a good quality, bigger one. I am a first time hamster owner, and I am extremely disappointed in this cage. it sounds crazy to write a review so long, but I am begging you guys do not get this if you want to ever see your hamster again.
