You will not find a better full range speaker at this price point. I've been into and installing HIFI audio for almost 30 years and this speaker is bullet proof as far as clarity, quality, and compatibility in many applications. Every frequency from about 200hz to around 20 khz is very balanced and sounds great.Cone excursion is not massive so don't expect to hit hard under 200hz or in low frequency even though it can reproduce those frequencies very well without massive distortion, the speaker will not move enough for it to be audible.Mid range bass and high range are some of the best I've heard and crystal clear. The sound is more strong than warm but it doesn't distort under heavy load until pushed into its maximum power handling which is past the threshold of hearing pain.I've used pioneer for many years on many builds and it's always been my favorite because of the sound quality, build quality, and price. This is no different. I've owned many of their products and they have very long lifespans.Lastly we have fit and compatibility, it's got an acceptable mounting depth and will probably fit into many tight spaces at the sacrifice of lower frequency ranges ( it's not a subwoofer or something like I said) . The built in tweeter as a two way does not extend above the speaker so it can be mounted under door panels without the included grills. There are multiple mounting screw holes for common applications and the normal four for custom ones.Don't expect to find better speakers unless you are willing to pay way more. Excellent product!

Pioneer was an always will be an innovator of true sound music.6.5 round 2 way coaxial will pick up the sound from your CD and even old cassette tapes I made in the 1980's.Brillant sound, clean, efficient and effective easy to install. My 2000 VW Passat has the monsoon sound system that outperforms any system today.the price is better than the sound systems individually owned here in New England.

Bought these to replace my stick speakers for 2005 CRV. Woah!!!!! They have more bass than my 10 inch bazooka speaker. We did have to do some adjustments to make it fit and place it in the original holder from my car. But, overall, very satisfied with the quality.

I bought these to replace my door speakers in my 1997 Honda Prelude. They can handle 25 watts rms, which is perfect for a stock radio or aftermarket head unit. They do sound good, for me at least, and have good bass and high end.

Used to replace the door speakers in my 2010 corolla. One of the original speakers died all together. They sound much better than the original speakers ever did and work very well with the factory radio

These are stock replacements. The sound will only be a small upgrade if your stock speakers are super weak or even broken. They sound tinny and don't bring the bass so for some they are a big no go. For my use case they do the job. They replace the blown speaker in my 2009 Prius and make the sound a little bit louder.Sadly i'm not curious about higher quality pioneer speakers because these make me want to try a different company for higher sound quality. If I were them I wouldn't carry this product and would instead focus on having the best 50$ speaker set instead of the decent but underwhelming 30$ set. IDK if its worth it. Id rather wait a few weeks and spend more money.

Put these in the front of my old dodge. They are good speakers. Very much the standard sound you’d expect for the car. Price is good too. I will be replacing my next 2 speakers with these aswell.

Las instalé en un auto clásico con un estéreo CD/Aux Sony, sin ampli ni nada más que 2 bocinas frontales y vaya qué cambio tan drástico en términos de audio. Me encantaron porque devolvieron la calidad de audio a mi vehÃculo, el bajo se escucha muy bien considerando lo anterior, de igual manera los agudos se escuchan muy bien y se percibe más gama de sonidos que no lograba apreciar con mis bocinas viejas, que si bien no estaban dañadas ya tenÃan mucho tiempo en servicio y por eso decidà cambiarlas. Estoy muy contento porque valió la pena y por el precio está más que bien. Más adelante pienso adquirir un estéreo de ésta marca y posiblemente un par de bocinas de 4" para la parte trasera.Sin duda Pioneer es calidad

Good sounding speakers, used them to replace the front door speakers in my 08 silverado. Definitely better than OEM. I only have them running of my stock stereo, but still pump out pretty good sound.
