At first opening of the package, I was happy to see the padding coverage to be sufficient. The product slips up the leg and holds pretty well with the rubber elastic on the rim of the thigh. It provides good protection when kneeling.For the price is a good buy.

I used it every time I do trails biking, the items is great except that sometimes it keeps falling down, not sure if it's because the garter is thinner than I expected.

They fit ok. I used these for softball for my knees and shins when i play the i field for protection. The only negative is I would like the upper part of the sleeve to be longer because when running they start slipping down and i find myself pulling them up constantly after a long run like running out a triple. I may try out the entire pants version of these if I can find them. These are good for the price.

I washed them one time in cold water no problem, then went to dry them and the padding completely fell apart inside of the elastic. I got these to replace some McDavid pads I had for 3 years (hundreds of washes and drying). I thought these were nicer because they had knee and shin protection.... but the quality is definitely off. The little hexagons start separating immediately after one time in the dryer and before the first wash the little hexagons start slightly separating giving you less protection. I returned them and got the more expensive name brand ones but at least these work out as expected. Don't waste your money with this one.

I have used at work over the past 3 weeks and after a few washes the hexagonal foam began disforming and loose in the sleeves.

My 13 year old son has been training Taekwondo since he was 3.5 years old and does quite a bit of sparring. He uses these under his standard shin guards for a bit of extra protection. During a good sparring session used to come home with quite a few black and blue marks on his shins and knees, but these really seem to help with that. They are a nice fit and don't fall down during his sparring activities.

I use these when climbing. It has a low profile so they can be worn under my climbing pants. The protection is great to keep nicks and scrapes off my shin and knees.Would not use these for anything with more impact like hockey.I clean them by hand washing and soaking in oxy clean overnight. Dampen with water and leave them out in the sun keeps them smelling fresh between washesIf you damped the gel before you pull them all the way on, it will adhere better.
