This is for a set of 4 special 5/16-18 "U" nuts and 4 special 5/16-18 grade 8 bolts with the correct washered head that attach the front shock absorber to the lower A frame on the car or truck. This kit will not fit 4x4 trucks.

I needed these to replace the rusted ones on my 69 GTO when I replaced my front shocks. I do wish they would have been a slightly heavier gauge. GM should have come up with a better solution to begin with IMO. That said, they should last another 20yrs or more.

All 4 broke and all i did was tighten them by hand with a ratchet cheap junk would not recomend
