I had to make a mitered aluminum screen window to match others. I bought the milled screen window frame from Home Depot. They do not sell or stock these by me. These are the corner joints you need for mitre cut screen windows. The little bit of extra plastic in the center of the elbow will need to be nipped AFTER you do your test fits and see where it's pinching. Make sure you leave the rest on because it will help hold the mitre joint tight as you put the screen on.

These corners go inside the frames, so the color doesn't matter. They were easy to install and made that screen sturdy again
