I’m not a pro musician by any means, but I love checking out new groove boxes. I also have the Tracker so I am used to the Polyend form factor, and this one doesn’t disappoint. It may look a bit like a Deluge, but it’s a much different beast. I’m sure if you are reading this review you have already watched some YouTube videos of this thing, there are lots of good videos really showing everything it can do. I’m not good enough to even begin to get into it, but I will say this has a much lower learning curve than the Elektron stuff. You can get into making grooves in just a few minutes, I like to read through the manual (online) as I work through these new toys and get a feel for it. I’ll be spending many, many more hours with this bad boy.

I do like this. It has some bugs, but they are fixable by firmware changes. So far the good folks at Polyend have been super great to work with. Bugs aside (which could be 60% user, if I’m honest) this is easy to use and pretty feature rich for a fun performance groove box. Allow time for loading of projects and samples.

.Extremely easy to use .well happy with the polyend play, easy to use /setup. Controls feel nice and firm /direct. After 20/30 mins playing and reading manuals to get started it all fell in to place. Great bit of kit for the money?
