This is a new thing with Chinese products, no instructions. I have no idea if I am missing parts or what goes where. There is a hand pump. Why?Very little makes sense as I try to put this together on Christmas Eve at midnight.I am frustrated and angry at the seller. I will never buy from them again.Followup, I messaged them and they sent me a PDF files within 12 hours. I've upgraded my star rating. Still withholding 1 star for failing to include in the 1st place.Turns out to be incredibly easy to install. My wife loves it, it looks great. The pump is a bit loud but within our tolerance.

This is an awesome product, it's pretty and compact. It doesn't take up much space. All who've seen it, love it! Most want to buy one. However, after a few months the motor got noisy, so I emailed the company and they said they'd replace/send me a new motor. I hope this solves the problem!

I am so happy with my bubble wall. This product is out standing, we love it and it started right up with no problems and it works perfect! Highly recommend. I have a custom bar in my basement and it sits right on top of the bar and it looks incredible, In-fact I want to order another unit for the other side of my bar.

The item arrived. When assembled, the bubble eall would not bubble and leaked over the floor. The remote did not work. Contacted Playlearn customer service, and they never got back to me. Should not be allowed to sell on Amazon. The support was the worst I ever experienced. Amazon has always been exceptional. Avoid this 3rd party seller.

I love this unit and the different color of bubbles that it illuminates, but it is so hard to have it on for the pump is so bloody loud. It is hard to enjoy it. I wrapped the pump with Styrofoam, in hopes it would muffle the sound somewhat, but it didn't help.

It looked great but after the third month the air pump stopped working. Also, it would not switch between the different modes (lights or bubbles only, lights and bubbles). Currently waiting to hear back from Playlearn. I’ll update this post pending the outcome of their follow up.**UpdateI reached out to the company and they sent me a new smaller and quieter air pump. Item has been working great with no issues.

The bubble wall is well made and sturdy. Nothing is flimsy or cheap looking. The ornamental stones in the tray in front look very nice. The bubbles look beautiful when lit up. There is a remote to alter the colour of the light. The automatic fade or the strobe option flashed too quickly for us so we just leave the light on one colour and change it from time to time. My super sensitive disabled daughter found the noise of the pump too loud. I phoned Playlearn and they were incredibly helpful, trying a variety of different options. I must say they have the best customer service of any firm I have ever dealt with.You fill the wall with water from the top. We used the enclosed long plastic tube the first time, pouring water into a funnel stuck into the tube. The next time it was obviously simpler to carefully poke the funnel spout into the top of the wall and fill it directly that way. Taking the water out is more complicated as you need to use the long plastic tube to siphon it off. Once I worked out how to do that, it was easy enough. The first time I tried I spilled quite a bit of water on the floor as it siphoned off so quickly my container filled up before I was prepared for the next one. I was lucky it was a hard floor and not carpet.I think the bubble wall would work very well in any office or waiting room or public place. If you have it in a quiet room at home you will notice the sound of the pump more.

Very disappointed with product. Fish either float at top or sink to bottom. Getting bubble jets even is quite difficult

Love thos product. Bought for my autustic child and they love it. Spends hours just with it on in the background. Really good quality, easy to set up, and delivery was fast and easy with no issues. It costs but completely with it for my child
