It’s colorful, opens a little easy but doesn’t fall open. It is of good build quality. It encourages learning of some basic knowledge: color, shape, fit and placement. Child hears how to pronounce all of those adjectives and receives positive reinforcement. It’s great for floor time with the grandparents.

There are a lot of shape sorters out there, but this is a tried and true classic! Lots of shapes, plenty of space inside for all the pieces, and easy to uptempo for littles. I love these new colors too, perfect for girls or boys!

That is great, bought for my daughter with ASD. We have a lot of shape sorters but this one has similar shapes that must be matched to the texture of the matching shape side and is harder then I thought. This was surprisingly her favorite Christmas toy and we use it everyday! Must buy

I bought this for my son who's now 3.5, and using it still for his sister who's 15 months!It helps kids learn to finish a task (put all the shapes in,) keep trying (gota fit each shape to its hole,) etc
