I really like this product. Very good material and craftsmanship. Feels good as far as weight in the hand and excellent as a tool. Enjoy beading and working wire with it. Pretty blue color too. Thanks!

Handles well and is comfortable to use. Grips the wires and makes tucking in ends much easier.I recommend these, and wish I had found them sooner.

I did give 5 for value for money because there are more expensive brands out there on the market. Honestly, a person don't need super expensive tools, they just need tools that are made that are great quality, easy on the hands yet do exactly what you need to to without any struggle and be affordable. I've been making jewlery for around 30 years and this is the first time I've been able to afford decent tools, and that is because it was a gift. This tool line is in that line of great tools. You will enjoy them!

I do chainmail jewelry so I spend a lot of time opening and closing rings of all sizes (all in tempered aluminum). After breaking my first pair of bent nose pliers, I got a second pair that just wasn't what I was looking for, so I started looking for a third. A friend recommended these to me and, since she's been making jewelry for a rather long time (and is the one that recommend bent nose pliers to me in the first place) I decided to try them.Boy, am I glad I did! They looked so thin when I got them, but those jaws don't move at all, even with my large gauge aluminum rings (16 "gauge", about 1.5mm think rings). The small tips get into the little places I need them to and still hold tight to things well.I did file the jaws smoother as aluminum is easy to mar up, but I doubt most other metals would even notice the small 'edge' that was on the jaws of these. This is something to be aware of, though. Didn't take me long at all to smooth them out by hand. The handle is actually very comfortable. I was expecting to have to do some adjustments to it, but I've found it fits nicely into my hands, better than any other pliers I've had. The material is a very solid plasticy-rubber with a quite nice 'velvety' feel to it. I have long hands for a female and they don't extend past my hands but aren't too small either. Even my husband said the fit is nice (and his hands are a bit bigger than mine). These are also very well oiled (had to clean some off) which is better than most pliers I've tried (got a few other pairs before getting these ones and one was so stiff it took quite a bit of dousing with 3in1 to get them moving smoothly), and the jaws open quite wide as well if it's something that's important to you.Overall, very very pleased and would not hesitate to buy again. I may even buy a second pair to have around, especially for the price I got them at. I would happily spend more for them, they are just that good! (Oh, and made in the USA if that's important to you as well).Update: So, I've been using these for quite a while now and did buy a second pair, and I wouldn't have any other pliers. Love the bend in the pliers, it's a good angle, it's a good length, everything. I have, however, downgraded them to 4 stars because of the handles. Still excellent in my hands, still fit better than anything else I've tried, still comfortable. However, the handles are also meant to be able to be removed so the spring can be replaced. Unfortunately, they also move and slide down as I'm working with them sometimes. Wish there was a way to lock them in place (I'm looking into it) and still be able to remove them to change that spring should I want to. Haven't had a problem with the spring though, so don't know that I'll ever need to replace it... likely just as cheap to buy a new pair. Also, I have had the spring "slip", but adding a little bit of graphite lubricate (3-in-1 works well, too) fixes the issue, so I'm not taking away anything for that, just adding the info if anyone else has had problems with it.

I use this as a stringing tool (for badminton racquets) so it was imperative to me that there be no sharp edges that could cause the string or racquet frame any damage. The construction quality on this pair of pliers is excellent, with all parts except the grabbing face rounded down nicely, and the handle has a soft-touch finish that feels both rugged and comfortable.
