Not as "slick" as actual DMC but it's easy to work with and it hasn't knotted nearly as much as I find DMC to. I'm using it for cross stitch that is black on white Aida and it's turning out nicely.

I bought my 7 1/2 year old granddaughter a loom for Christmas & it makes friendship bracelets. It comes with a supply of floss, but it didn't look like it had the right colors to make the color specific bracelets that I will ask her to make for me. I found this product on Amazon & it fits the bill perfectly, so I am very pleased about that. Thanks.

the string is soft and pretty durable. however, when i tried to take off one of the labels on this black skein of string, the label got stuck to the string. it left this white sticky paper residue on the string and i can’t peel it off. so i literally have to either cut off these pieces of string with residue on them, or just use it with white residue stuck to it. what a waste. invest in better quality packaging loledit: they offered me a partial refund and have wonderful customer service. thank you!

I am new to the embroidery world but not new to art, crafts, and other forms of creativity. I always use the best. I learned what cruddy thread was right away and then needed these two colors to redo and finish an embroidered bird on a stump in a 10" hoop.Not only did the projects look wonderful in the end, but these threads made the difference. I highly recommend the set.
