Plug and play, and allows me to connect any Bluetooth devices to my computer with ease.Sound is great, more so depends on the device you're connecting to, I have some great headphones that I couldn't use with my pc before, but now I can.It's a small phob and fits into my set up seamlessly.Pretty sure this device is compatible with most OS's, my pc is a windows 10.

All I had to do with plug this in and turn on the bluetooth setting on the computer. The hardest part of getting my AirPods connected to this was having to google how to make my AirPods discoverable. If you need one of these to enable bluetooth connection on a computer, this one works perfectly well and is cheaper than most.

Pathetic and completely unacceptable. Only the first section of instructions is english, which tell you nothing. Their website is all in CHINESE and you cannot locate where to download the drivers AT ALL. I DO NOT SPEAK CHINESE, PUT A CONVERT TO ENGLISH LINK ON YOUR SITE. Unbelievable. I'm sending these two I bought straight back to Amazon.

I added this to a 2018/2019 PC build with an older on-board Bluetooth system. Faster speeds and multi-point pairing are now available. No drivers were required on my Windows 11 system.However, one big minus for me is that the range where BT can be seen and used has more than halved. I had assumed that going to such a small dongle type device would have some impact on range (how could it not?) but this was substantial. Prior to this device I could wear my BT headphones in another room or two rooms over without skipping a beat, or keep my phone paired with the PC on a different floor. Now these devices drop off just beyond the hallway to the office where the PC sits.It is noted in the specs but it also bears repeating: Windows only supports ONE Bluetooth adapter, so to use this one I had to enter the UEFI setup screen and disable the on-board BT function. Once that was done the new dongle worked fine.

This is great for older dramatic PCs without Bluetooth capability it solved all my issues

This isn't a complicated device. I bought if for use in a 10 year old Windows 10 machine which does not have built in Bluetooth. It works fine.

Simple set up. I needed this because my original bluetooth set up does not work any longer (older car).Put this in the usb port and you have bluetooth again for your phone. And forget the audio cable which might do the trick as well.
