Worked well on large vinyl gate to help keep from sagging. Added concrete block on ground for roller to roll on. Rolled ok on grass but better on concrete. Install was fairly easy. Drilled small pilot holes in gate to start screws.

Arrived with no bolt for wheel; could not use! 3 nuts were also off bolts, which means it wasn’t put together well! If you buy this product, you have a problem with your fence gate and prob looking forward to solving the problem. It’s annoying!!In the meanwhile, if you buy, make sure you tighten everything..I’ll update the review, if and when I receive all the parts and install.

The wheels bind a bit if the gate turns in semi-circle. Otherwise, they work fine.

Was skeptical about how much weight this would work with.. I have it on my 400lb wood gate. Works excellent 👌 it is rolling on concrete. Thanks for the great product!
