We bought a pair of these sets for our pair of Cocker Spaniels for the holidays. The quality is just OK. The material is fat and light weight. Feels almost like cotton. The plastic buckles are so big that one of my dogs is getting a rash from it rubbing. They also are too bulky to get a slip on name tag onto the collar. I'll keep them for the winter but honestly don't trust the quality of the collar or leash materials. I'll be replacing them before I take the pups on any serious walks.

I ordered a medium in Plutus Pet Cotton Hemp Dog Collar and Leash Set for my pup. The medium size collar fits around the neck of a full grown female Aussie well. The leash is lightweight and easy to wrap up to store into a pocket due to the size. The collar tends to run a bit itchy for her as it's a cotton/hemp type of material. The buckle on the collar is made of a hard plastic which seems like it will accumulate many scratches over time, but that comes with use. The quality seems to be ok. Time will tell how well it holds up.For the current price of $19.99, I'd say this is a reasonable deal if you're needing a collar and leash that are both easy and light to carry around. A backup collar/leash.
