Taking this item out of the Box 1st time going to use it the end of the wire terminal connector came off the connector. Was not soldered on or anything. I did have a colleague with another tester of a different brand and I still used this one and it seemed to match the readings of the other brand also. I would rate this better, except for now I have to try and solder on new ends so that I feel comfortable about my readings. Also they should have provided something to wrap your cord around when it's time to put away. I'm hoping they contact me in fix this issue with the wire in terminal.
