- Maintenance Tips:
- 1. Before using the new machine, please inject pneumatic tool oil and inject about 4C.C into the air inlet. After continuous use for about 3 hours, about 4C.C is also injected into the air inlet.
- 2. After injecting pneumatic tool oil, let the machine idling for about ten seconds (do not operate), and let the internal parts of the grinder be lubricated as a whole before proceeding.

This little Chamfering tool is always at arms length in my shop. it really speeds up post production of the metal cleanup. I wish the carbide inserts where a better quality though, they do not last too long.DD

Using in a machine shop and is holding up great. Bought this to eliminate a chamfer operation and it worked great for over 200 work pieces. It is a noisy tool and you are definitely going to want some hearing protection.

It does great no burr. After parting something off deberring it was time consuming but not anymore.

I've been a fabricator for 30 years but I can't get this tool to bevel correct. Tried on steel and aluminum but not consistent enough. Maybe it operator error lol.

Outil de qualité, c'est vraiment mini environ 4 pouces 1/2 dans la main le moteur est très rapide.Par contre l'ajustement des hauteurs n'est pas super précis il aurait dû être avec des clics pour rendre ça plus précis.

I love this product. I’ve been a machinist for 23 years and only now have I found this item. It’s great for deburring parts and making finished chamfers. You can’t turn the piece with power if it’s in your chuck, but turning it by hand while in the machine leaves a nice chamfer. I showed it to my boss and he bought one for the company as well! ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
