Used this to upgrade my 20 ton hydraulic press. I recently installed an air driven bottle jack in my old press frame. I saw someone else do a similar upgrade, and felt that would be a useful upgrade. The fitting points are a little close, but I am able to just jack my air feed line into the "in", the out goes to the new jack with the help of a 3' extension hose I picked up. Press the pedal, and down goes the ram. Stop pressing, and you hear a little Pifft, and the ram stops. It works really well.

This product is made of decent materials. In 2024 at a price of under $20 thiis is a great buy.Keep in mind it is made for direct threading of the air line into it. If you need quick detach portions you will need to buy some 45 degree connectors.

I connected this pneumatic (valve) pedal to my 20 ton air over oil hydraulic press. It works perfectly. Very inexpensive, and works as intended.

The ports (in/out) are super close together so you will need an extension so the 2 fittings clear each other.Next issue, the vent (take your foot off the pedal) is SUPER SLOW to vent.I took my foot off and 20 seconds later is still had not vented enough to drop the table.Using this on an air actuated lift table.I'll prob be returning.

The first one i ordered developed a leak but the company replaced it and the new one has worked fine after lots of use. I know there will be issues with items so its nice when a company makes it right.
